Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Test Automation Expert who will play a crucial role in our consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test automation strategies to ensure our clients achieve DevOps maturity in their Salesforce practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Automation Strategy:

- Design and implement Salesforce test automation frameworks for our clients.
- Contribute to the development of DevOps practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead the integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
2. Quality Assurance & Consulting:<

- Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure client Salesforce applications meet the highest standards.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on best practices in test automation and DevOps within Salesforce.
3. Provar Expertise:

- Apply in-depth knowledge of Provar in test automation, enhancing efficiency and coverage.
- Guide clients in adopting Provar as part of their testing strategy.
4. Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work closely with client teams, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in test automation, specializing in Salesforce environments.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of verified experience with Provar.
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce platforms and testing methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proven ability in leading testing projects in a consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications, especially in development or testing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
